Important Information

Please print out your Order Form through this link and submit it with your documents. This will enable us to carry out your wishes.

If you have any queries, please call our helpline on 01908 041 913.

Please pay on the Make Your Payment page (we will receive a notification) and either post us your documents with your order form to our postal address, (We recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery) or bring them to our office (please tell us if you are coming) at Linford Forum, 18 Rockingham Drive, Linford Wood, Milton Keynes, MK14 6LY. We are 8 minutes by car from Junction 14 of the M1 motorway and 8 minutes by taxi from Central Milton Keynes Railway Station. There is parking all around our office building, BUT log in your VEHICLE REGISTRATION number at reception to avoid a parking ticket! The available facilities inside for those who have to wait or recover from a journey include toilets, free Wi-Fi, chairs, tables, couches and a cafe serving hot and cold food.

Because the Legalisation Office require us to pay them by 12 noon, we must have your documents by 11.30 a.m. on the day we submit them.

The Legalisation Office DO NOT need proof of your identity.

Legalisation is confirmation by the Government that the signature of a “Public Official” on a document is genuine. Depending on your document, you may need the services of a Notary Public or Solicitor. We do not arrange this for you, but we may be able to put you in contact with one.
